SLA counselors, Karina Hirschfield and Zoe Siswick, will discuss the role of the advisor in the college process. As the college counselor, Karina shares important information and announcement with advisors such that they can disseminate it to the students in smaller groups. The advisors then guide their advisees through the process with a watchful eye and a great deal of oversight. Karina will share the benefits to this system from a counselor's role. As a former senior advisor, Zoe will share the benefits as an advisor. Student TBD?
